If you are having trouble logging into your 1-HOT-REDHEAD account, below are some of the issues that may be causing you trouble, and how to resolve them.
Common Login Errors for a Membership:

Are you typing your login and/or password correctly?
You must enter your login and password correctly. If you make any typing errors, you will not be able to log in.

Are you typing the safety code correctly?
There are instances where you are required to enter a safety code correctly. If you make any typing errors, you will not be able to log in.

Does your login and password match?
Your login and password must match our system records.

Are you selecting the correct account type?
Account type must be set to "Member or Star" on Login page.

Have you forgotten your password?

Until your age documentation paperwork has been received and approved, you will not be able to login as a Video Host.

Has your ID-Card been approved?
Complete the online form, and prove that you are of legal age, by submitting a documentation package to 1-HOT-REDHEAD.
(You can obtain preliminary, same-day approval for your 1-HOT-REDHEAD ID-Card by using your PC to upload all important documents;

Has Your ID-Card been cancelled?
If your ID-Card has been cancelled, you will not be able to log in.
